Steve Breslin, AIA, PE, LEED AP is the Senior Architect and Chief of the Standards and Policy Branch (SPB) in the Office of research Facilities at NIH. SPB develops and maintains policies, and standards for design, construction, commissioning, bio-containment certification and operations, and maintenance programs for all NIH-funded facilities. SPB is responsible for maintaining the NIH Design Requirements Manual and writing monthly News to Use and articles that are available on the DTR website. Steven is a Registered Architect, Professional Engineer and LEED Accredited Professional.
