Linda Berg-Cross
Linda Berg-Cross is a Professor of Psychology at Howard University and board certified in Behavioral Sleep Medicine and Clinical Psychology. She is especially interested in starting to examine individual differences in environmental vigilance includeing physical ambient factors, noise, and lighting. She is working with the HiBR Psychosocial, Physical and Greenspaces Workgroup.
Dr. Berg-Cross holds a Joint appointment with Department of Psychiatry, Howard University Hospital and was the Director of the Clinical Psychology Program at Howard University. She has over 32 years of clinical experience as a consultant, researcher, supervisor, educator, and therapist in the US and abroad, including being a Fulbright Senior Specialist at both the University of Warsaw, Poland and Minho University, Braga, Portugal. She earned both her MS and PH.D. at Columbia University, New York.
She has published 50 articles and four textbooks on health related research.
